JOB OVERVIEW:
The Food & Beverage/Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house dining operations to ensure a seamless, world-class Ambassadors Clubhouse experience. This role requires a high level of leadership, operational expertise, and a deep appreciation for hospitality. The F&B/Floor Manager will lead with professional etiquette and be compliant with all health, safety and labor regulations. This person will lead and inspire the service team while upholding the standards of excellence that define JKS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the opening and closing of the restaurant.
  • Deliver and attend briefings, meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure you and your team maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
  • Oversee front of house areas to ensure each service runs to optimum efficiency.
  • Handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism while offering a timely resolution.
  • Adhere to all relevant food safety, health and safety practices, policies and procedures according to the NY DOH.
  • Maintain and manage the restaurants overall cleanliness.
  • Ensure food quality and consistency is in line with Ambassador Clubhouse's standards, constructively communicate when improvements are necessary.
  • Build relationships with regular and local clientele recording their preferences on the reservations system with Guest Relations Manager.
  • Report any faulty or damaged equipment to the appropriate channels.
  • Ensure all relevant checklists are completed and SOPs are adhered to.
  • Support team members to ensure they provide an exceptional level of hospitality, building warm and genuine relationship with your guests.
  • Manage all relevant departments to ensure each service is runs to optimum efficiency.
  • Basic understanding of budget and financial targets within the business.
  • Have a strong knowledge of competitors and the London Restaurant industry
  • Ensure all teams are aware of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure personal presentation and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times by team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum (2) years in a high volume restaurant or similar position
  • Good time-management and teamwork skills
  • Pride in appearance.
  • Proactive in learning about food, beverage and wine.
  • Warm and professional in communicating with guests.
  • Constantly strive to improve personal and professional development.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $80,000.00)
