Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Success managing high-volume bar or full-service restaurant operations (AUV $3M$7M)
- Experience leading hourly staff and management teams
- Skilled in managing KPIs including labor, cost of goods, and guest satisfaction
- Background in independent, polished casual, or corporate dining
- Energetic, outgoing personality with knowledge of current music and social trends
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead under pressure
Restaurant Manager Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing both FOH & BOH operations
- Ability to manage a 50/50 food-to-bar concept
- Knowledge of scheduling, P&L reporting, and compliance standards
- Familiarity with modern POS and back-office management tools
