Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining or luxury hotel settings
- Current NYC Food Protection Certificate
- Strong technology skills: POS systems, reservation platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
