We are seeking a Sous Chef for our Red Bank location!

Fine dining/ upscale dining experience is a plus

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef to create new menu items based on the company culture
  • Assist in the development of the staff
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
