Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ownership to create contemporary and classic menu offerings.
  • Oversee food presentations of the highest level
  • Responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations
  • Design and manage creative events for up to 600 guests.
  • Provide thought leadership on food trends and menu development.
  • Complete P&L ownership and vendor management
  • Mentor, lead, and develop the BOH team.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of BOH restaurant management experience. Executive Chef level for 8 of these years, must have upscale, full-service restaurant experience and Italian and Steakhouse experience . The ideal candidate has overseen more than one concept
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging food trends and marketing concepts
  • Strong leadership abilities, creative menu development and financial skillset
  • Ability to travel in the off-season, November-March.
  • Flexibility and ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for all things culinary and the desire to join a growing restaurant group
