We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fine dining establishment. The CDC will lead all heart of house-of-house operations at the direction of the Executive Chef. French cuisine experience is preferred.

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Prior French culinary experience preferred
  • Oversee food prep to ensure outstanding food quality to company specs
  • Monitor all BOH operations maintaining ServSafe standards (and certification), sanitation, health & safety
  • Manage inventory, storage, ordering, budget controls, menu development etc.:
  • Oversee all training, orientation and team member development.
