Food and Beverage Manager Benefits:
- Salary : $60,000 $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of hotel or resort food & beverage management experience
- 3+ years of front-of-house and beverage leadership
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory controls, and event coordination
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and guest service capabilities
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Familiarity with TripleSeat, Cloudbeds, or similar event management software is a plus
