Were on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Data Entry Specialist to be the welcoming voice and helping hand of our office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Be the First Impression

• Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional tone

• Greet visitors and make them feel right at home

Keep Our Records in Shape

• Send welcome letters to new customers

• Gather and input account details into our database

• Update existing account information, like warehouse details and email addresses

• Send ETA updates to customers about backorders

Help the Office Run Like Clockwork

• Order and track office supplies

• Handle daily mail and occasional scanning

• Arrange lunches and catering when needed

• Jump in on projects and lend a hand wherever its needed

• Someone who enjoys helping others and making a positive impact

• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and entering information into databases

• Previous receptionist, admin, or data entry experience is a plus, but not a must

• A team player who can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
