Receptionist/BDC Representative

Klick Lewis Chevrolet is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist/BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Pay Range: $17-$30/hour based on experience and skill set

Responsibilities:

• Answer dealership incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner

• Manage and respond to phone and internet leads promptly

• Print deals and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate

• Mine CRM, manifest lists, and other resources to drive traffic and set qualified sales appointments

• Schedule and confirm sales appointments and follow-up calls

• Assist with additional administrative and BDC-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and fast-paced environment

• Punctual, dependable, and results-driven

• Previous customer service, BDC, or sales support experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Willingness to learn and grow with the dealership
