Strong customer service skills via phone and in-person visitors - maintain visitor log.
1-2 years of clerical experience and front-facing customer service experience or customer service experience via phone.
Strong computer proficiency & ability to learn various computer software/systems
Monthly Excel reports for certain customers / business units
Receiving calls for service requests, obtaining key information and completing a Service Request Ticket in their portal to dispatch a service team member.
Receiving calls from customers seeking refunds, working in their refund crediting system to process refunds.
Working in scheduling platforms.
