Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms

Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens

Report any maintenance issues, lost items, or room damage to the supervisor

Clean hallways, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and public areas as assigned

Follow hotel procedures for cleaning, safety, and guest privacy

Handle laundry duties such as collecting, washing, drying, and folding linens (if assigned)

Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleaning equipment

Provide courteous and prompt service to guests when encountered

Follow health and safety regulations, including the use of proper PPE and chemicals

Perform additional housekeeping tasks as directed by management
