EXPERIENCE:

- Must have 12 months(1 year) experience as a housekeeper for this position.

EDUCATION:

- Not a factor

LANGUAGE:

- All English or Spanish is needed to communicate with clients and staff.

- Bilingual(English/Spanish) is strongly preferred

DRIVER'S LICENSE:

- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance to be able to drive own vehicle on company's behalf during business hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to pass background check

- Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test on as needed basis

JOB DUTIES:

Includes but not limited to:

- Cleaning offices and vacant apartments

FULL/PART-TIME:

- This is a Full Time position.

SHIFT:

- Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm
