We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Events & Sales Coordinator to join our hospitality team. You'll work closely with our Events Director to manage private, corporate, and group events across all three properties. This role blends sales, admin, and onsite work.

Eastwind Hotels operates three unique properties in the Catskills and Adirondacks, each offering stunning backdrops and an intimate, design-forward, personalized guest experience. You'll be part of a nimble, collaborative team shaping unforgettable moments across all locations.

What You'll Do:
Respond to sales leads & create customized proposals
Prepare event collateral: menus, BEOs, layouts, contracts
Support onsite tours, meetings, and event execution
Develop tools to streamline planning & communication
Maintain vendor relationships & manage logistics
Track trends, monitor sales data, and report to leadership

You're a great fit if you:
Have 2+ years in hospitality/events
Are extremely organized and detail-obsessed
Self starter who thrives in fast-paced, people-facing environments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
