Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team at Front Porch Communities and Services. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents. Your culinary skills will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of nutritious meals according to established menus.
Plan menus that accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
Ensure food safety standards are maintained during food preparation and service.
Assist in the management of kitchen inventory and supplies.
Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure high-quality meal service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a food service environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
Ability to plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $23.50 - $26.00 per hour
