- Offrir un service exceptionnel et developper des relations durables avec les clients via les canaux de communication UNIQLO - telephone, courriel et chats en direct/bot, clavardage
- Repondre aux questions relatives aux commandes, produits, services, processus et politiques
- Aider les clients a passer des commandes et a naviguer sur notre site de commerce electronique ou notre application mobile
- Gerer et resoudre les plaintes selon les politiques et procedures etablies
- Repondre aux problemes escalades de maniere courtoise et professionnelle, conformement a notre philosophie de service a la clientele
- Travailler avec le superviseur pour assurer la liaison avec les magasins de detail et resoudre les preoccupations des clients afin d'ameliorer l'experience en magasin grace a des visites en succursales, un soutien au points de vente et une formation continue
- Utiliser plusieurs systemes informatiques et plateformes pour rechercher et determiner la meilleure solution en fonction des besoins des clients
- Utiliser les commentaires des clients pour soutenir l'amelioration generale de notre entreprise
- A travers diverses taches, travailler en collaboration etroite avec dautres departements pour trouver des opportunites de meilleures solutions commerciales
- Toute autre tache necessaire en fonction des besoins evolutifs de l'entreprise

- Capacite a fournir un service a la clientele dexcellence, par telephone, courriel et multiples interactions de chat / clavardage en anglais et en francais
- Excellentes competences interpersonnelles et capacite a bien travailler en equipe
- Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite en anglais et en francais
- Solides competences informatiques et aisance a naviguer sur plusieurs systemes simultanement
- Esprit analytique, de resolution de problemes et de recherche pour identifier la cause premiere et les opportunites d'amelioration pour chaque interaction
- Capacite a apprendre rapidement de nouveaux logiciels et a utiliser plusieurs systemes et plateformes digitaux
- Capacite a s'adapter aux demandes changeantes de l'environnement de travail
- Attitude positive et ouverture a la critique constructive et a l'amelioration continue des division fonctionnelles de lentreprise
- Doit etre ponctuel et avoir des moyens de transport ou de deplacement fiables

- Deliver exceptional service and develop lasting relationships with customers via UNIQLO channels for communication - telephone, email and live/bot chats
- Respond to queries related to orders, products, services, processes and policies
- Assist customers with placing orders and navigating our e-commerce site or App
- Handle and resolve complaints according to established policies and procedures
- Respond to escalated issues in a courteous and professional manner consistent with our customer service philosophy
- Work with supervisor to liaise with retail stores and resolve customer concerns to improve store experience through store visits, support and continuous training
- Utilize multiple systems and platforms to research and determine best course for solution based on the customers needs
- Use customer feedback to support general improvement to our business
- Through various tasks, work cross-departmentally to find opportunities for more better business solutions
- Any additional duties that are necessary due to the evolving needs of the business
What We Are Looking For:
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service through telephone, email, and multiple chat interactions in English and French
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Excellent oral & written communication skills in English and French
- Strong Analytical, problem solving, and probing mindset to identify root cause and improvement opportunities for each interaction
- Ability to quickly learn new software and use multiple systems & platforms
- Ability to adapt to changing demands of the work environment
- Positive attitude and open to constructive criticism and continuous improvement in performance job functions
- Must be punctual and have reliable transportation or commute options
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Must have availability during evenings, weekends, and holiday hours as directed by business needs
- Must have availability to travel domestically or internationally on work assignments when required by business needs
- Some knowledge or awareness of the UNIQLO brand and product
