Job Details

Cuisine Boulud New York is Chef Daniel Boulud's new off-premise, full service, multi vertical catering company. We are looking for an Event Coordinator to help execute Cuisine Boulud's events.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in coordination of all aspects of event planning including floorplans, captains paperwork, vendor management, scheduling and logistics
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timelines and objectives are met
Source and manage vendors and suppliers in conjunction with Production Managers
Oversee event set up and tear down, ensuring timelines are adhered to
Support onsite execution, managing hourly teams and troubleshooting issues
Development of operation resources and data bases
Manage budget reporting and ensure all event details are organized and logged
Support marketing and promotional efforts related to events
Provide administrative support to both Sales and Production, including creating paperwork, decks, rental orders, vendor proposals, etc
Support custom client requests from sourcing through execution

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($33.00 - $36.00)
