Job DetailsCuisine Boulud New York is Chef Daniel Boulud's new off-premise, full service, multi vertical catering company. We are looking for an Event Coordinator to help execute Cuisine Boulud's events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in coordination of all aspects of event planning including floorplans, captains paperwork, vendor management, scheduling and logistics
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timelines and objectives are met
- Source and manage vendors and suppliers in conjunction with Production Managers
- Oversee event set up and tear down, ensuring timelines are adhered to
- Support onsite execution, managing hourly teams and troubleshooting issues
- Development of operation resources and data bases
- Manage budget reporting and ensure all event details are organized and logged
- Support marketing and promotional efforts related to events
- Provide administrative support to both Sales and Production, including creating paperwork, decks, rental orders, vendor proposals, etc
- Support custom client requests from sourcing through execution

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($33.00 - $36.00)
