Receptionist

Looking for an office receptionist that can help us with our services.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Process in-person payments accurately and issue receipts

Maintain accurate payment records and update systems accordingly

Manage and organize front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment

Handle incoming inquiries in person or via email

Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization

Requirements:

Previous experience in reception, cashiering, or customer service preferred

Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payments

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM

$900 a week
