Our cuisine delves deeply into Tuscanys coastal traditions, presenting flavors shaped by the regions storied maritime history and centuries of trade. About the Position:
We are seeking experienced cooks to join our opening team for Via Aurelia. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a fine dining kitchens as well as strong attention to detail, knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients and cooking processes.
