Location: Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health (Fresno, CA)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends (flexible scheduling)

Starting Rate: $20/hour

We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Event Coordinator to plan and execute engaging, meaningful experiences that bring people together - from team-building events to community outreach and everything in between.

What You'll Do

As our Event Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind a variety of internal and external events. You'll collaborate across departments to create experiences that support our team, celebrate our milestones, and strengthen our ties to the community.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Team Building & Staff Engagement: Design creative morale-building initiatives that foster connection and collaboration among staff.
  • Company Celebrations: Plan and coordinate internal events such as company parties, staff appreciation days, anniversaries, and birthdays.
  • Event Coordination: Manage logistics for a variety of events, including setup, scheduling, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up.
  • Business & CEU Events: Organize continuing education seminars, professional development opportunities, and business events.
  • Community Engagement: Lead events that promote community involvement, DEI initiatives, and inclusive culture-building efforts.
  • Trip & Travel Planning: Book hotels, transportation, and accommodations for conferences, staff trainings, and off-site events.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, administration, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Excel, Canva, or event software a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Valid Driver's License / Clean Driving Record
