Description
The On-Call Guest Room Cleaner for DTS Housing plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, prospective residents, staff, faculty, and other guests who stay in our Campus Housing Guest Rooms. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, according to established standards.
Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
Ensure proper handling and care of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Respond promptly to on-call requests for cleaning services, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Inspect rooms for damages or maintenance needs and report findings to the appropriate department.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
Collaborates with other Housing team members to ensure an incomparable customer experience
Other duties as assigned
Commitments Unique to the Position:
Must select a course schedule that is conducive to the requirements of the role (approved by Supervisor)
Work weekends as needed

Education and Experience:
High School Degree preferred
Prefer candidates who demonstrates reliability and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:
