Host-Busser

Overview We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences in a restaurant setting. Responsibilities - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently - Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area - Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism - Collaborate with Servers to ensure guest satisfaction - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Qualifications - Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in POS systems is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of food service procedures and guest services If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests, we would love to hear from you!
