THE JOB:
Carbone Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Bus Person to join our exceptional Food & Beverage team! In this role, youll play a vital part in creating a seamless dining experience by keeping the restaurant spotless, organized, and fully stocked. From maintaining the dining room and beverage stations to ensuring food pick-up areas and storerooms are always ready for service, youll help set the stage for unforgettable guest experiences.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.2746 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Support servers to deliver exceptional guest service

• Set and reset tables with polished silverware, glassware, linens, and other essentials

• Clear and clean tables, chairs, and floors, ensuring a spotless dining area

• Remove used dishes and linens, delivering them to the kitchen for cleaning

• Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks

• Coordinate with team members to keep tables available and service flowing smoothly

• Assist with other duties as needed to maintain a welcoming environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of experience as a Busser or Food Runner

• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
