Experienced Housekeeper

Experienced housekeeper for a charming Northeast Apartment complex. Looking for someone who can follow instructions, work in a timely manner unsupervised, and can walk hills, stairs and carry approximately 50 lbs. This job entails, cleaning vacant apartments top to bottom including appliances, watering the landscaping twice a week, cleaning laundry rooms and the office, as well as help maintenance when needed.

Hours are 8-4:30 M -F 40 hrs per week No weekends Pay based on experience Paid Major holidays
Paid vacation time after a year
