Ocean Reef is actively seeking housekeeping inspectors. In this capacity you will be required to thoroughly inspect and ensure that each one of our properties is clean, tidy and above all ready to make the perfect beach location for our guests. Attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to excellence is a must for this most important role. This pay-per-performance sub-contractor position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking supplemental income. What we're looking for At Ocean Reef Resorts, we strive for the best guest experience possible. First impressions are everything! They determine the enjoyment of a guest's vacation. A clean, ready property is the strongest start to that. As an Inspector, you are our eyes and ears on the field! You will be tasked with making sure the property has been properly cleaned and that any maintenance issues are reported. This is pivotal to the guest experience! What you'll do Inspectors insure our properties are clean and guest ready. This will entail checking each and every room from top to bottom to verify it is clean and to give the guests the best first impression. You will need to keep a clear report of anything that is out of place - in regards to maintenance issues, general cleaning and tidiness. Your findings will then be reported to a Property Manager immediately though a simple app that connects all aspects of our company.
