Looking for someone who canfortably bartend and serve 2-3 times a week

Xiao Ye is a neighborhood restaurant in the Hollywood District in Portland, Oregon serving first-generation American food. We have a strong emphasis on warm, familial hospitality, and we are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic team members to join our growing team.

We are looking to add a part-time bartender/server to our tight-knit FOH team. We're looking for someone who can work 2-3 days (must be able to work mondays and tuesdays). We are looking for someone who isfortable with both serving and bartending.

As a part of our Bar/Service team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Preparing ingredients, garnishes, and mise for bar

Batching, building, and serving craft cocktails according to recipes

Serving as the source of knowledge for cocktails and spirits on the floor, offering suggestions, and pairings to guests

Supporting the floor whenever possible

Serve a small section on the floor and 4-seat bar while handling service bar for the restaurant

Performing nightly inventory to ensure pars for the next day

This position could potentially grow to a full-time position!
