We are Memoire Ca Phe, we're dedicated to providing a unique and vibrant dining experience w exceptional coffee, flavorful brunch dishes, tasty sweets, We re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Counter Server to join our growing team.
Job Summary: As a sever at Memoire Ca Phe , you ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, crafting coffee drinks, and serving a range of brunch dishes and alcoholic beverages. We re seeking someone who is passionate about coffee and food, has excellent interpersonal skills, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with menu selections and special requests.
Handle and process customer orders accurately.
Maintain a clean andanized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Operate the cash register and process transactions efficiently.
Stock and replenish supplies as needed.
Collaborate with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) team members.
Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a barista or counter service role is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of espresso drinks and cocktail preparation is a plus.
Excellentmunication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail andmitment to cleanliness.
Availability to work weekends is required.
Have or be able to obtain a Oregon Food License and OLCC permit.
Pay and Hours.
Hourly Wage: $17 per hour, plus tips. Tips are d with back-of-house (BOH) staff.
Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Weekend Availability: Required. Shifts that we are hiring for are Saturday, Sunday + 2 additional weekday
You may be schedule 20-30 hours a week.
