RockCreek Seafood & Spirits in Kirkland is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individual to join our team for the summer season. The ideal candidate will be a motivated hospitality professional who isanized, friendly, and passionate. They will have a passion for food and beverage and strive to provide selfless hospitality to our guests. They will have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and work well under pressure. The busser will be an integral part of our service team who sets the stage for a memorable meal. We are looking for those who are dedicated and truly enjoy the service industry. We offer sick pay, employee discounts for dining, career growth opportunities, & benefits.
Position includes hourly rate, tips. We practice tip sharing and tip pooling as apany, moremonly referred to as tipping-out. Tip sharing is when a tipped employee s a percentage of their allocated tips with another employee who assisted with this service. The Support Staff position is tipped out through our tip sharing policy, and allocated based on the hours worked by the individual.
Wage Range and Benefits
Hourly Wage is minimum wage (currently $16.66/hour), plus tips (based on our tip pooling and tip sharing policy).
Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws.
Employee receives 5 designated unpaid days off - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the 4th of July (or observed).
Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period if eligible based on hours worked (average of 30/week).
Employer pays 50% of employee only medical coverage.
Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
Employee Assistance Program provided upon hire at no cost to employee.
50% Employee discount provided, for up to three additional guests if dining with you.
Employee Referral Incentive Program offered.
Weekly pay days.
Requirements

Work floor while maintaining service standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
Intellectual curiosity.
Understands service standards and attention to detail.
Clean work habits and personal grooming.
Resourceful and wellanized.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Maintains knowledge of recipes, steps of service, policies, and procedures.
Ability tomunicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers.
Self-motivated and punctual.
A desire to grow and take constructive feedback.
