Set up assigned stion on the tray line with the correct supplies and food items.
Serve food cafeteria style by placing uniform portions of food on customers'/pients'/residents' ples.
Break down and clean the stion when assigned.
Set up dining room tables for service, place food and beverages on tables, and replenish items as necessary.
Separe food waste and trash from dishes, glasses and silverware in the dish washing area.
Communices instructions and informion about getting work started and accomplished to other employees.
Provides on the job training to lower graded food service workers and documents training provided.
Assigns tasks to individual members of the group(s) of employees.
Enters work order requests promptly for equipment needing repair.
Work Schedule: Shifts are variable to include weekends and holiday. Tours may include the following: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm or 11:00 am - 7:30 pm. (Tour determined by supervisor based on organizional needs).
