We're a neighborhood-facing production space that supports both retail and our broader hospitality group, with a commitment to quality, community, and care. Open Roles: Pastry Prep Cook - Entry-level to early-career role supporting daily production of sweet and savory items, including viennoiserie, tarts, hand pies, quiches, and more. Ideal for someone with pastry/kitchen experience who enjoys learning, works cleanly and efficiently, and can handle both sweet and savory prep. Baker - Mid-level role focused on laminated doughs, viennoiserie shaping, and artisan bread production. Requires 2-4 years' pastry or bread experience, strong lamination skills, familiarity with naturally leavened bread, and early morning availability.
