As the anchor tenant of VISAs global headquarters, this 8,500-square-foot restaurant offers an immersive journey into the heart of Tuscany, blending revered culinary traditions with Californias vibrant produce and dynamic spirit. With outdoor seating and waterfront views, this destination invites guests to enjoy a memorable experience year-round. Inside, two large private dining rooms create an intimate setting for private celebrations and corporate events, while a thoughtfully crafted business lunch menu will cater to Mission Rocks bustling professional community. Our cuisine delves deeply into Tuscanys coastal traditions, presenting flavors shaped by the regions storied maritime history and centuries of trade. Guests will savor a coastal menu that celebrates the simplicity and depth of Tuscan food. The menu further highlights Tuscanys celebrated ingredients, including the prized Cinta Senese pork with its distinctive flavor, the iconic Bistecca alla Fiorentina, and a vast selection of handmade pasta dishes that honor Italys rich culinary heritage. Seasonal Tuscan truffles will feature prominently throughout the year, lending depth and complexity to various dishes. The Position:
Candidates should be outgoing, positive and have a strong background in hospitality and full-service restaurants, as well as a passion for learning and growth. We are seeking a candidate that has knowledge of, and a desire to learn more about Italian wine and cuisine. They should provide exceptional guest experiences and continually strive to exceed guests expectations with every opportunity.
We are looking for a strong bartender who can provide guidance and coaching to our dining room team. This role will be responsible for developing a seasonal bar menu, cocktail R&D, prep, leading line ups, providing support on the floor during service and upholding and elevating our service standards.
Management experience is a plus, however we will gladly accept applicants with a strong background in the service industry who are excited to take on a new role. We are growing quickly as a company, and seeking individuals who would like to grow with us.
