Tice Valley Post Acute a 4-Star-Rated Medicare Facility in Walnut Creek, California, is seeking a friendly and efficient Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a reliable individual with a positive demeanor to manage our front desk operations during the evening shift. Schedule Part-Time: Shift: PM Pay: $19 per hour Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support. Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor. Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls. Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations. Maintain visitor sign-in log. Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
