Server and Waitress for Restaurant

Looking for servers to join our team! Looking for full time and part time - especially for the Fall football season!

Looking for someone who is/has:
- [ ] HS graduate minimum required.
- [ ] Minimum 1-2 year experience in a customer service position.
- [ ] Able to work in high pressure, fast paced environment during peak hours, as well as slow days.
- [ ] A Team Player we work better when we work in synergy. If you need help, ask for help!
- [ ] Capable of using POS system.

Job duties will include but not limited to :
- [ ] Greeting guests and taking orders.
- [ ] Serving your table with assistance from Busser. Must be able to carry a tray when needed.
- [ ] Learning the dessert menu and being able the identify and describe to customers.
- [ ] Learning the extensive menu to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the day with excellent customer service.
- [ ] Learn to make milkshakes and smoothies as needed for customers.
- [ ]Develop ability to handle difficult orders.
- [ ] Coachable

* Holidays and weekends are mandatory (rotation).

Shifts currently available are 7-3, 8-4, 3-10, and 4-11.
