Position Overview

Guest Services Team Members work directly with ou r guests to ensure they recei ve appropriate products , helpful and accurate in formation, and a welcoming experience at Mt. Hood Meadows. This position includes point-of-sale operation, knowledge of products and the resort , and communication with guests, team, and other departments.

This is a seasonal position

Qualifications & Experience

• Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests
• Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Min imum Age 16
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Previous guest service experience
• Prior experience operating a point-of-sale

Compensation:

• Starting Wage: $ 18.29 hourly
