Our N. Mississippi location seeks a full-time (4 days a week) employee to join our team!! We have indoor and outdoor seating and are very busy with in-house, takeout & delivery options. Exceptional customer service and the ability to help throw a great party every day is a must! Experience in food service is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the Spanish language is a big plus, but not required. The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule, is available to work both day and night shifts, and is looking for long-term employment. Must have flexible availability.

Job Description:
-Provide excellent customer service in a busy, fast paced environment.
-Run hot food to customers throughout the extensive, busy patio (including upstairs) and pack food togo with an eye for detail.
-Take orders in person and over the phone via a Square POS system.
-Work within a 3rd party delivery system and collaboratively with delivery drivers.
-Move quickly through the restaurant.
-Greet customers and ring up orders.
-Make alcoholic drinks from our limited bar menu.
-Communicate with kitchen, co-workers and customers in an efficient, friendly and amodating manner.
-Exude good vibes!
Skills needed:
-Attention to detail.
-Excellentmunication skills.
-Ability to move quickly and walk quickly for 7-9 hours.
-Must be able to go up and down stairs.
-Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
-Must have an Oregon Food Handlers Card.
-Must have, or be able to, obtain a full OLCC server permit and mix cocktails (per OLCC, must be 21+ to mix cocktails).
-Be a team player. Be flexible with duties and responsibilities. Be flexible with changing protocols and systems.
-Humility, patience and resilience.
-Positive attitude and an easy smile.
Wage: $17.76 per hour, plus tips from amunal tip pool. Tips are paid through payroll and average $9-$16/hr to start, increasing by an average of $3-$6/hr after probationary training period. Hours: 4-5 days/wk, 24-32 hrs/wk. Benefits available after 60 days working 24 hrs a week, including medical & dental insurance (80% paid by PQN), matching 401K and more.
