Adecco is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the upkeep and optimization of production line systems and plant utilities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage production line systems and equipment to maximize uptime and labor efficiency

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and controls issues on conveyors, filling systems, and automated machinery

Maintain and support plant utility systems including HVAC, chilled water, andpressed air

Communicate daily with production supervisors to provide updates on equipment and production line status

Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools

Ensure OSHApliance and promote a culture of workplace safety and quality

Participate actively in plant safety programs

Collaborate with operations and production management to support maintenance needs

Plan and execute preventative maintenance tasks using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations

Proven experience troubleshooting process equipment

Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics

Strongmunication skills - verbal and written

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with CMMS or ERP systems

Ability to climb stairs/ladders and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs

Comfortable working in a climate-uncontrolled warehouse environment

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
