Custodian

Randstad is seeking a reliable and motivated Custodian to join our team. We're looking for someone dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Shift & Pay:

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
  
  
• Shift: 5AM -1:30PM
  
  
• Location: Portsmouth, VA
  
  

What you'll do:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  
  
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  
  
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces.
  
  
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
  
  
• Restock supplies as needed.
  
  
• Handle light maintenance tasks and report any major repairs required.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  
  
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.
  
  
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

*Experience Perferred*Duties to include restroom cleaning/stocking, emptying waste cans throughout the facility. Sweeping/Mopping/Vacuuming of the front office areas. Cleaning breakroom, and overall cleanliness of the plant.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

standing for 8 hours at one time
