THE JOB:
Le Cirque at Bellagio is seeking an experienced Gourmet Food Server to create unforgettable guest experiences in one of our premier restaurants. Duties include taking and delivering orders, maintaining tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, processing checks, and performing side work and station cleaning.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.6297 + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques, service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages, and service delivery of menu items of every course

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables and Point of Sale (POS) station

• Anticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guest and or employees

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has prior experience as a server in an upscale casual or fine dining environment

• Food and Beverage experience in a high-paced environment
