THE JOB:
The Bus Runner is responsible for maintaining assigned sections and keeping tables clean and sanitary. This includes clearing dishes and debris, restocking tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments, and assisting Food Servers to ensure timely food delivery and exceptional guest service.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.4695 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations, tables, and equipment

• Stock and rotate inventory to ensure proper par levels

• Run food and assist servers as needed

• Keep floors safe and free of spills or debris

• Support team with other tasks to ensure smooth operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Busser or Food Runner

• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
