Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional night shift valet or night shift valet Supervisor to oversee valet operations, manage attendants, and ensure a smooth and excellent guest experience. The Valet Supervisor is responsible for leading the valet team, maintaining service standards, and handling customer concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the valet attendants.
Ensure all guests are greeted promptly and professionally.
Monitor parking operations to maintain safety, efficiency, and high service standards.
Train new valet attendants on proper procedures and customer service skills.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a polite and efficient manner.
Maintain and submit daily reports (attendance, vehicle logs, incident reports).
Ensure all valet areas are clean, organized, and professionally presented.
Enforce company policies and dress codes among team members.
Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles when needed.
Requirements:
Previous valet or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand and run for extended periods.
