Shift/ Schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers upon arrival and departure, offering a professional and friendly first impression.
Provide directions to self-park or valet options, guiding patrons clearly and courteously.
Assist customers with wayfinding, facility information, and general inquiries about the surrounding area.
Handle parking or valet claim tickets, ensuring accurate recording of customer and vehicle information.
Safely operate, park, and retrieve guest vehicles when valet service is requested, following company safety standards.
Collect payments and validations, process transactions, and secure funds according to company procedures.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming valet stand, booth, or ambassador station.
Act as a brand representative by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and the companys service standards at all times.
Support overall parking operations by being flexible to switch between ambassador duties and valet driving assistance when demand requires.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the companys maintenance checklists.
- Other special projects as assigned by location management.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- High School degree preferred.
- One year of related experience with cash handling.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
- Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
