Front of House Team Member - Macaron Bar NuLu

Macaron Bar is a bakery dedicated exclusively to French Macarons. We are looking for an ambitious Front of House Team Member to assist in the operations of Macaron Bar NuLu.

The Team Member will be the one to perform routine front of house tasks such as setting up workstations, service counter, cash handling and assisting guests. You will also be responsible for cleanliness of service areas. This individual will be enthusiastic, welcoming and effective in offering excellent customer service to guests. This position will fit someone who is friendly, dependable and works well in small teams or alone.

Requirements :
- Work evenings and weekends
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Capable of lifting 30 pounds or more
- Comply with company policies and standards
- Punctual, dependable, and honest
- Able to follow directions while maintaining a positive attitude
- Self motivated and able to troubleshoot problems
- Deliver high level of customer service
- Work in small team or alone

Macaron Bar offers competitive pay, paid time off, 401 (k) and the opportunity to earn over-time during peak seasons. Applicants must have availability to work weekdays and weekends. Position is part-time with average of 10-15 hours per week and is not seasonal. Pay starts at $9-12 per hour (based on experience) plus tips.
