Maintenance Mechanic 3

Schedule : Schedule : Must be able to work all 3 and 4 crew shifts when needed. Initial training conducted on 1st shift.

Industrial Maintenance Pay: $30.24-$35.50 per hour for 1 st shift, $.50 shift differential for 2 nd and 3 rd shifts.

W ork Hours: 8 and 12 hour fixed and rotating shifts

Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan St.

South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for both locations.

As an Industrial Maintenance employee, you will:

• Work in a way that keeps you and your co-workers safe at all times.
• Trouble shoot, repair and install building and manufacturing equipment.
• Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines.
• Manufacture and assemble replacement parts for manufacturing equipment using welders, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders and other machine shop equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance functions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to lift and carry 20-60 pounds
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals and specifications
