We're looking for a motivated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team and help us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order in our private residence. Responsibilities Perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including fixtures, appliances, and surfaces. Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure rooms are neatly arranged and well-stocked with amenities. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste and recycling materials properly. Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when supplies are low. Adhere to strict health and safety standards and guidelines, including the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly. Potentially assist with other tasks, such as laundry services/ironing or handling special cleaning projects as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role is preferred, but on-the-job training may be provided. Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within established timeframes. Physical stamina and mobility to perform tasks over extended periods, including bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, stretching, standing, and walking. Effective communication and skills to understand instructions and address any questions or concerns. Background check is required and must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Reliability, trustworthiness, and a customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays if needed.
