Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously in both English and Spanish

Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen

Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner

Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas

Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff

Handle customer questions regarding the menu or special dietary needs

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken)

Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
