ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with guests
- Maintain dining ambiance with a positive ambiance
- Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the venue
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Complete all side work relevant to operations of venue
- Follow all company policies, guidelines, and procedures
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a server in upscale casual restaurants/bar in New York
- Toast POS training
- Personable, positive, hospitable with a sharp sense of urgency while creating a warm & welcoming experience for guests
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume space
- Attention to detail, and a great team player
