Were an independent boutique hotel in Greenpoint/Williamsburg looking for a reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented person to join our team. This role is a mix of front desk guest services plus support for breakfast service and in-room mini bar operations.

Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in/out guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Oversee and coordinate all check-in arrivals and check-outs
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff, and follow up to ensure complete service recovery
Handle all telephone inquiries with prompt courtesy, a high volume of phone calls, and email correspondence while applying selling strategy and techniques to maximize revenue
Process internal reservations, management reservations, system reservations, house/comp requests, travel agent rates, and emails
Arrange special packages, amenities, and celebrations for guests upon arrival and throughout their visit; promote amenities, conveniences, and specials offered
Setting up and breaking down the daily breakfast spread (coffee, pastries, platters, etc.)
Stocking and maintaining in-room mini bars (ordering, organizing, inventory)
Managing deliveries, logging packages/mail, and ensuring proper distribution to guests
Keeping common areas clean and guest-ready
Supporting hotel operations, including occasional overnight shifts

Requirements:
Strong guest service skills, with a positive and professional attitude
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Must handle and coordinate daily tasks, orders, deliveries, and guest requests efficiently
Flexible schedule, able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
Comfortable using computers (Google Suite / Mac preferred)
Hospitality experience a plus, but not required
Must be able to work in the U.S. with a valid Social Security number

Details:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days)
Schedule will vary weekly between 7AM3PM, 11AM7PM, or 3PM11PM, depending on operational needs (post-onboarding period)
Weekend and holiday availability is mandatory
No health benefits at this time
