Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook with a strong work ethic and a passion for cooking. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of line cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong knife skills, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Ensure food is cooked and presented correctly, consistently, and safely
Must be able to interact with guests, as it is an open kitchen
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen line and prep areas
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Assist with prep work and restocking as needed
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety
Ability to follow recipes and plating guidelines accurately
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Team player with a positive attitude
