Pialon Bar and Restaurant now hiring Bartenders

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with accuracy and speed
- Craft signature cocktails and maintain knowledge of both classic and modern drink recipes
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure a welcoming bar experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and glassware.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Process orders, handle cash/credit card transactions, and reconcile tabs
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be 21+ years old with valid food handler and responsible beverage service (RBS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
