THE JOB:

As a Busperson at Nine Fine Irishmen , you'll play a vital role in maintaining our vibrant atmosphere by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, storerooms, food pick-up area, and beverage station. Immerse yourself in our pub, where we bring a piece of Ireland to the heart of Las Vegas, offering an epic dining experience with signature dishes crafted from the freshest Irish ingredients and perfectly paired with the finest stouts, ales, lagers, and spirits!

THE STARTING RATE: $14.2727 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, accessories and fold napkins properly

• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a busser or food runner

• Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
