Run our wood-fired pizzeria in one of the Wests most beautiful spotsBear Lake, Idaho. Turquoise water, mountain air, and a friendly small-town vibe. Gladys Pizza has built a reputation of having the best pizza on the lakewith 4.5 stars on google and many loyal, friendly customers business is going great, we just need a team captain to keep the good times rolling!
The Job:
--Master all aspects of making artisanal pizza from scratch, dough, ingredient prep and cooking in a wood-fired oven. Its fun and we will train you!
--Schedule, hire and train your team
--Track inventory and order food
--Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming space for customers and staff
--In the wintertime you will often open the restaurant by yourself and make 20-30 pizzas a day (its pretty chill), in the busy summertime you will manage a small, fun team cranking out 200+ pizzas on busy weekend days!
You Bring:
--Restaurant and/or Team Management experience
--A positive attitude and calm under pressure
--Bonus: kitchen know-how, espresso coffee skills, Spanish & English speaking
